Volunteer With Witch Paddle
Witch Paddle would not be possible without the incredible volunteers who help bring the magic to life.
Each year, our volunteer team helps welcome participants, support registration, guide vendors, assist with event flow, cheer on paddlers, and create a safe, joyful, and organized experience for everyone attending.
By volunteering, you’re not just helping with an event. You’re helping support Sacred Sisterhood Collective Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to child safety, women-led community care, and healing-centered programs for women, children, and families.
Volunteer Training
All volunteers are required to attend a mandatory volunteer training the weekend before Witch Paddle. Date, time, and location will be announced soon.
Training helps us make sure every volunteer feels prepared, knows where to go, understands their role, and has the information needed to help event day run smoothly.
During training, we’ll review:
-
Volunteer assignments and arrival times
-
Registration and check-in flow
-
Safety and emergency procedures
-
Vendor and participant support
-
Communication during the event
-
Event-day expectations and FAQs
