Event Details:

It's an early morning!

*Bring a headlamp
*Bring weights or buckets for water to weigh your tent down
*Bring appropriate clothing - layers!  It can be super cold setting up that early.

  • Set-Up:
    • Set-up begins at 5:00 AM and ends at 7:00 AM.
    • Vendors must be unloaded with cars cleared by 7:00 AM
    • Vendors must follow staff directions for unloading.  You may not drive on the sidewalks or beach.

We open registration at 7am and participants launch at 9am. 

Learning from last year!  We will be setting up with all tents together and tents will be zip tied together.  Everyone is still required to bring weights.  I will have tin snips and zip ties but if you wanna get out quick at the end make sure you have scissors or a knife.

Vendor Rules:

  • Booth Assignment:
    • Booth maps are approximations. Witch Paddle, LLC will strive to maintain the booth layout as depicted on the map but reserves the right to make adjustments as necessary.
  • Sales and Permits:
    • Vendors are responsible for managing their own sales, taxes, and any necessary permits.
  • Parking:
    • All vendors must park in the designated area.

Terms and Conditions
This Vendor Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of payment
submission by and between Witch Paddle, LLC ("WP") and the undersigned vendor ("Vendor").
1. Non-Transferability
• This Agreement is personal to the Vendor and may not be transferred or assigned to any
other party without the prior written consent of WP.
2. Indemnification
• Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the WP, its affiliate companies,
and their respective representatives, officers, directors, owners, members, trustees,
agents, employees, successors, and assigns from any and all losses, liabilities,
damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to
Vendor’s actions and omissions at, around, or while traveling to and from the event.
3. Waiver and Release
• Vendor waives, discharges, holds harmless, and covenants not to sue WP from any and
all liability arising out of or in connection with the event, including claims, causes of
action, obligations, lawsuits, charges, complaints, controversies, damages, costs, or
expenses of any kind, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of
WP.
4. Compliance
• Vendor agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, including obtaining
any required sales permits and reporting sales tax.
5. Booth Space
• Vendor is responsible for their booth setup, including any tables, chairs, and displays.
• Booths must be staffed at all times during the event hours.
6. No Subletting
• Vendor may not sublet, share, or transfer their assigned booth space to any other
individual or business without the prior written consent of WP.
7. Conduct
• Vendor and their staff are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and
respectful manner at all times. WP reserves the right to remove any vendor or their
representative from the event for inappropriate, disruptive, or threatening behavior,
without refund.
8. Liability
• WP is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to Vendor or their property. Vendor
is encouraged to carry their own insurance.
9. No-Show Policy
• If a Vendor fails to appear at the event without prior written notice to WP, no refund will
be issued. The booth space may be reassigned or left empty at WP’s discretion.
10. Late Arrival
• Vendors who arrive after the 7:00 AM setup deadline may be asked to wait until it is safe
and non-disruptive to set up, or may be turned away entirely. WP will make this
determination at its sole discretion. No refunds will be issued due to late arrival.
11. Cancellation
• The event will proceed rain or shine. In the case of extreme weather or other unforeseen
circumstances, WP reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event.
• NO REFUNDS within 30 days of the event.
12. Force Majeure
• If the event is canceled in whole or in part due to a Force Majeure Event, Vendor will not
be entitled to a refund. A “Force Majeure Event” includes acts of God, terrorism, natural
disasters, war, strikes, labor disputes, court orders, severe weather, or any other
occurrence beyond the reasonable control of WP. The maximum remedy for the
cancellation of any part of the craft fair will be the face value of the entry fee.
13. Photo and Video
• By participating in this event, Vendor grants WP and its affiliates an irrevocable, royaltyfree, worldwide license to photograph, film, and record Vendor, Vendor’s booth,
products, and staff during the event.
• WP may use such photos and video footage for any purpose, including but not limited to
marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional materials, in any format or
medium now known or hereafter developed.
• WP may share or provide such photos and video footage to third-party partners,
sponsors, media outlets, and marketing agencies for promotional use related to the
event or WP’s activities.
• Vendor waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product and any right to
compensation for such use.
14. Clean-Up
• Vendor agrees to clean up their booth area at the end of the event and dispose of any
trash appropriately.
15. Termination
• If the Vendor fails to comply with any of the rules outlined in this Agreement, WP
reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately and without refund.
Additionally, the Vendor will not be invited to participate in future events.
16. Miscellaneous
• This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes
all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral. No
amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing and signed
by both parties.
• If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining
provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
State of Colorado.
